Description

General description

Eleutheroside B is one of the major bioactive saponins of Eleutherococcus senticosus.[1]

Application

Eleutheroside B may be used as a reference standard for the analysis of eleutheroside B in:
• Rat plasma by protein precipitation with methanol and high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-ESI-MS/MS).[1]
• Rat tissue samples by solid-phase extraction (SPE) followed by HPLC combined with photodiode array detection (PDA).[2]
• Acanthopanax senticosus by ionic liquids-ultrasound assisted extraction (ILUAE) followed by HPLC with ultra-violet (UV) detection.[5]
• Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim. by rapid resolution liquid chromatography (RRLC) equipped with multi-wavelength UV detector.[9]
• Acanthopanax sessiliflorus Seem. (ASS) by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS).[3]
